Never would I have imagined writing a review of this kind but I feel honored to do so. I recently lost my 30 year old son unexpectedly and didn't know where to turn. Mere words can not express how thankful I am to have found Citrus Grove in our time of need. Erik was such a blessing to my daughter and I as we prepared ourselves for my father’s passing. Erik guided us through the entire process with extreme kindness and compassion. He was with us every step of the way, explaining and guiding us through the process and staying in constant contact with updates and next steps. There were no sales pitches or pressure to purchase any other items. Just a sense of extreme kindness and love. We did end up purchasing an urn and several keepsakes - everything was reasonably priced and again, there was no pressure to buy anything as I have experienced with traditional funeral homes. My Dad and our keepsakes were packed with tender loving care arriving safely back to our home in Indiana. Thank you Erik for making an extremely emotional time bearable. Initially, I had some reservations about the word "affordable" in their name, as I worried that a lower price might mean sacrificing care and dignity for my father’s remains.
