All it took was one telephone call. No advance payment. No hassles. Eric has a very calming way about him and I needed no further reassurance that I was making the right choice. Mr. Eric and his staff were very knowledgeable understanding and helpful when my brother in law passed unexpectedly.
We live 8 hours from them and they were able to answer all our questions and concerns, everything was handled thru emails and phone calls.
When we were able to make the trip down Mr. Eric took the time to sit with us explain everything we needed to do to bring the ashes home.
Even answered questions after we left there after finding documents that may be needed.
